Trading Volume & Market Capitalization
For example, PayPie had an average trading volume of nearly US$ 2,600 per day for the first trimester of 2019. Over the same period in 2018, this figure came to over US$ 215 k. In other words, the previous/prior volume growth has almost entirely receded.

The all-time high of PayPie in 2018
The price of the PayPie currency climbed to a peak in January 2018 at US$ 3.72. At this trading price, the token reached a market capitalization of nearly US$ 275 million. This put PayPie in the ballpark of certain other digital currencies, such as Raiden Network Token, PAC Global, Po.et, Storj and BLOCKv, among others.

Bitcoin, by far the largest cryptocurrency at the time, had a market capitalization of US$ 241 billion on that day. Apple Inc., one of the most highly valued brands in the world, stood at US$ 901 billion. And Volkswagen AG, the world’s largest vehicle manufacturer as of 2018, at US$ 111 billion.

On 1 March 2019, the price of PayPie stood at nearly US$ 0.13 with a market capitalization of over US$ 10.3 million. In comparison with the highest trading price stated above, this represents a decline down to approximately 3.4 percent.
Around that time, Ethereum dropped to about 9.7 and Bitcoin to approximately 19.5 percent of their all-time-high trading prices.
